5 Steps that will help you achieve any Goal you want.
Review the 1st element
1. Only 3 percent of the population write down goals. But the 3% who do write down their goals will achieve them more than the 97% combined, who do not write down their goals. So, step 1 is that you have to write a specific and clear goal that you want to achieve.
It needs to be specific and measurable in numbers. You must put a deadline on it, which becomes an alarm clock and an action trigger for what we refer to as your subconscious mind.
It is recommended that you simply write your goal on a 3x5 card. “My goal is to (do something … (by such and such a date [within 60 days is best])”
2. Focus your subconscious by reading your goal aloud to yourself at least 6 times a day. You can carry it with you, and you can read it in the morning, you can read it at night, or after you brush your teeth. The important thing is that you do read it.
Make multiple copies of your 3x5 card. You may want to put one up at your bathroom mirror, take one of them with you, have one of them on your night stand by your bed in your bedroom.
By reading over your goal you will be visualizing it. This is the process that is used to actually get it programmed into your subconscious mind, because your subconscious never sleeps, but instead it will work on your goal for you while you do sleep.
As you visualize your goal, you want to see the goal in its finished form in your minds eye, as if you have already attained it.
These are the ones that are dream stealers. They can kill something really quickly as far as an idea or goal. So defend yourself by saying “NO!”, when they want to do that. Say “NO!” to negative attitudes and dream stealers, and the limitations that people want to place on you.
The reason for you to say no, is because you hear your voice first. So if you start by saying negatives, then you are going to hear them first. Therefore if somebody tries to feed something to you that you do not want to stick there, (you know how someone will put a doubt in your mind and it will kind of linger there), just say “NO!”
In your mind you can say “cancel, cancel, cancel”, if you want to get rid of that thought and move on to more positive ones.
You just have to stay away from negative attitudes and thoughts, if you want to defend yourself.
I don’t know about you, but sometimes when I am in that half awake and half asleep state and a great idea will come to you, many times I will catch myself saying “I have got to remember that – I will write that down in the morning when I awake.” Sadly though, when I do awake, I can’t remember them.
I suggest that you keep a little notebook with you or by your bed stand, so that as soon as the thought comes, you take the time to jot down a note to remind you of what it was.
Another thing that you can do … I find at times when I am driving along that I will have great thoughts … but I don’t have anything to write it down, so if you just say “I’ll just remember it”, 30 minutes later, you have had other thoughts and they have moved along, so now you have forgotten what you had wanted to remember.
So, another tool that you can use is one of those small and inexpensive voice actuated tape recorder, or mp3 voice recorder. You can just record your thoughts as you have them, thereby preserving them.
So we can see that we need to preserve our thoughts as we have them. We have written down our goals, and set a date to them. We have reflected of these goals at least 6 times each day to keep the goal always on our mind. We are giving our subconscious permission to go to work at supplying us with inspiration and a course of action that will enable us to achieve our goal. Now as our subconscious delivers thoughts to us in our dreams or in our awaken state we respect them enough to write them down or by recording them to be preserved and then acted upon.
5. There have been a lot of testing that proves itself out regarding this fifth element. It has been found that if you have achieved your goal whatever it is and for this example, let us say that your goal was to make a lot of money, that you want to be in a position to share your abundance and increase when it comes to you with those who may be in need and it may even be that they cannot repay it.
But if instead you hold your good fortune all to yourself, it can work to your detriment. They have done a lot of studies on people that have made huge amounts of money and they have ended up committing suicide, or being very miserable people. They have found a difference between those who are happy and are willing to share their abundance that comes to them when they make it or find some way to provide service to others daily.
In your planner, you could have a column – MY SERVICE TODAY – where you could try to do something every day, even if it is just at the post office, where you give a kind word, or friendly smile to the person behind the counter that might be having a bad day.
There is always something you can do to give service to others and to share.
88 percent of your success is going to be in your attitude or your desire you have about yourself.

"This program has had a significant impact on our furniture
business since we set it up over 9 months ago. Really
couldn’t believe how many people would never come in my store
because they were afraid they would not be able to afford our
prices.
Now, not only do they come in but it seems like every one of
them knows someone else that has bad credit and we get those
sales as well.
Thank you for the program and thank you for all your wonderful
customer service."
